Italy will make their series debut…
The world’s finest Jumping teams are all set for another year of thrilling equestrian action ahead of the Longines League of Nations™ 2025 season.
The 10 qualified teams have now been announced ahead of the competition’s second season, which will conclude with the series final in Barcelona (ESP).
Inaugural winners Germany return automatically as holders and will be joined by newcomers Italy, who are to make their Longines League of Nations™ debut.
Also set for 2025 are Ireland, who finished top of the qualification standings. France, USA and Paris 2024 Olympic Team Jumping champions Great Britain are next in line.
Belgium and Switzerland return for the second season, as do The Netherlands and Sweden, who finished second and third respectively during the 2024 Longines League of Nations™ Final.
Todd Hinde, FEI Jumping Director, said: "The Longines League of Nations™ is the pinnacle of the FEI Team Jumping competitions worldwide. For the second consecutive year, we’ll see the top nations compete for a place in the final in Barcelona. The competition's strength lies in bringing together the finest human and equine Jumping athletes on the world stage and we're looking forward to the start of the new season.”
