Equestrian sports can take their toll on the body, so it's important we learn how to recover properly.

In the latest Health & Fitness video from the FEI, Vaulting stars Ali Divita and Mari Inouye walk you through some cool down exercises which can be done after your ride to help with recovery and injury prevention.

These exercises will help your body to cool down, allowing for a smoother transition from exercises back to a steady state of rest.
