General Interest
Injuries He dislocated his elbow during the 2009 European Championships in Fontainebleau, France, after falling under his horse Havenir d'Azac. He later said that the injury could have been much worse had he not been wearing an air bag vest, which had only been introduced to the sport the previous year. (staplenews.com, 26 Aug 2010)
