General Interest
Injuries He underwent surgery on his collarbone after a fall in December 2015. He returned to competition in March 2016. (eqwo.net, 09 Jul 2016)

In 2014 he fractured the tibia and fibula in his leg. The injury prevented him fulfilling the role of reserve rider for Mexico at the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games in Veracruz, Mexico. (tiemporeal.mx, 30 Oct 2014)
