CAREER He worked as a coach in Luxembourg between 1997 and 2003. He then set up a training centre called 'Les Elfes Blancs' in the Tarn-et-Garonne region of France. In 2009 he was offered the opportunity to work as the director of the horse show 'Cavalia' in North America, and went on to direct a second show called 'Odysseo', which was set up in 2011. He returned to France in 2012 and began preparing a new team of four horses ahead of the 2014 World Equestrian Games [WEG] in Normandy, France. He also set up the Benjamin Aillaud International Horse Academy and developed an e-learning training concept through DVDs available on his website.
