Day Two of the NSAID Congress 2010 highlighted the more non-scientific issues involved in the NSAID debate. The legal implications of permitting NSAID use were heard, and comparisons with both USA equestrian sport (where restricted use of NSAIDs is permitted) and horse racing were made.
The panel session focused on the views from the media and from other sports, while all sides of the NSAID debate were presented in the Question and Debate session on ‘The Pros and Cons of Reintroducing NSAIDs To FEI Sport’.
