President and Jumping Member - Olga Yolanda Matallana de Vargas(COL) is an Appeal Committee President and a member of the Jury. Of Columbian nationality, among others, she recently officiated at the PanAmerican Games in July 2007, and the CSI***** Spruce Meadows 2006-2008 as well as the FEI European Children's Championship in July 2006.
