Decision of the FEI Judicial CommitteeA panel of the FEI Judicial Committee held a hearing today in the matter of the positive medication case involving Kai Vorberg (GER). Mr Vorberg, whose horse had tested positive to the prohibited substance betamethasone at the World Vaulting Championships in Stadl Paura AUT) from 4 to 8 August 2004, and his team mate Kirsten Graf, the lunger for the horse, successfully argued that Ms Graf had been denied an opportunity to attend the initial sampling of the horse at the event.
