The FEI has announced today that Bökeberg, near Malmö (SWE), will host the inaugural FEI World Reining Finals in May 2011. Qualified riders will compete for the title of World Reining Champion at the Finals in Malmö, where $100,000 in prize money will be on offer.

11 July 2010The 2010 Adequan/USEF Open Reining Championships, which also served as the USEF Selection Trial for the Adequan US Reining Team for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games TM, featured fierce competition with a national title and a ticket to the World Equestrian Games on the line.
The Oklahoma State Fairgrounds main coliseum was rocking on Saturday night and when the dust settled Shawn Flarida held on to his lead and had the best two round total to take top honors.

Germany Retain the European TitleThey succeeded yet again, the German team consisting of Nico Hoermann, Steffen Breug, Nina Lill and Daniel Schloemer became European Champion for the second time in a row with a total score of 665.5. The Belgian team only four points behind took silver on a score of 661.5 followed by Great Britain in bronze position with a score of 646.5.
