Press Accreditation procedure:

Step 1 is to enter our website www.malmohorseshow.se and register as media.
Klick on the British map and then on Make your registration (The green field on top of the page to the right).
Then choose Press and Media and fill in the registration form. Choose your own user name and password and klick Go on.

Make your registration not later than JULY 25. When your accreditation is approved you will get a letter by mail. On your arrival to the showground, you show the letter at the entrance and pick up your press badge.

Freelances: mail us information on what publication you will work for.

Websites: In accordance with the rules lately introduced at major events, websites applying for press accreditation should be sports orientated with contents produced by a professional editorial staff. Websites only based on information coming from other sources will not be considered for accreditation. Each accredited website will be allocated one accreditation for journalist and one for photographer.

How to get to Malmö

Go by train to Malmö or by air to Kastrup, Copenhagen in Denmark or Sturup in Malmö. Kastrup, Copenhagen is an international airport with worldwide connections. From the airport you just take the train to Malmö, which will take you about 20 minutes, and the official hotel is within ten minutes walk from the railway station. In Malmö will also be held a two star Eventing competition, the last competition for the Swedish team before the European Championships for Yong Riders in Segersjö, from 25 to 28 August, and an Eventing Nations Cup for pony riders. Press service
The press tent is situated close to the warm up area. There you will find working space with electricity and ADSL. The daily press conferences will take place here. The show ground is very compact with short distances to everything.

A shuttle service will be organised from between the official press hotel and the show ground.

Starting list and results during the World Cup Final will be presented on line on our website. The final will be televised by the Swedish Television SVT. EBU countries are offered a one hour highlights programme. Please contact our Press Officer.
