Consultation process for the future sport formats and 2013 Rules revision: we are pleased to invite you to 4 Open Forums for Eventing to be organised in:

- Luhmühlen (GER) during the European Championships Thursday 25 August 2011 after Dressage in the press conference room – building at the main entrance;
- Guadalajara (MEX) during the Pan Am Games Eventing on Wednesday 19 October 2011 at 19h00 at Santa Sofia;
- Adelaide (AUS) during the CCI4*/CCI2*/CIC2* – 17-20 November 2011 (exact date to be confirmed); and
- New Zealand – May 2012 (exact date and location to be confirmed).

The Eventing Committee has prepared a consultation document which should be the basis of the discussion at these Open Forums.
