Media Accreditation GuidelinesThe Rolex FEI World Cup™ Jumping and Dressage Finals 2007 to be held at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA) from 18 to 22 April will soon be upon us. ACCREDITATION Because of space limitations and to ensure good working conditions for the media, those wishing credentials must have assignments from recognised media and must submit letters of assignment on the assigning company’s letterhead by 15 January 2007. No more than two credentials will be granted to any media outlet. You may download the Accreditation Request Form on the FEI Website – simply click on Media Center located on the left hand side of the home page and scroll down to accreditations. Please note that press credentials must be requested with the aforementioned form. Acceptance letters will be sent on or about 1 February 2007. You will also be asked to mail or email a passport size headshot photo to be used on your credential. This will save you time in receiving your pass when you get to Las Vegas. ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION There will be two designated media hotels on the world famous Las Vegas strip: the Luxor and MGM . Special media rates will be available. For those interested in other hotel options, please click on the “Only Vegas” link from the host hotel page on www.worldcuplasvegas.com. Shuttle service to the Thomas & Mack Center will be provided from the Luxor and MGM hotels. If you stay at another hotel on he strip, there is free monorail service from most strip locations to the MGM. If you choose to stay off the strip you will need to give consideration to our transportation needs. Also keep in mind that not all hotels offer high speed internet access, although this will be provided at the competition media center.
