Just seven weeks after giving birth to her daughter Maria, she won gold at the 2010 World Equestrian Games [WEG] in Lexington, KY, United States of America. She declared that she had felt really well during the race, and that the first thing she wanted to do was to go back to the hotel to see her baby. She was the first rider to hold both the world and European endurance titles at the same time following her gold medal at the 2010 World Equestrian Games [WEG].
